The 7th edition of the International Veterans’ Football Tournament "Donosti Masters Cup" that had to be postponed due to Covid-19, has already new dates. After considering many options, the weekend chosen by the Organization has been the first one of October. It seems more than likely that in that time most of countries will have already recovered the normal and that therefore we will be able to celebrate a new edition of this tournament without any problem. We know that all veteran footballers have a huge desire to play football again and on these dates you will be able to do it again...

In view of the situation generated by the Covid-19 outbreak, the Organizing Committee of the International Veterans Football Tournament "Donosti Masters Cup" has decided to postpone the celebration of this next edition until a new date. At this moment, it is not certain that sporting events can be held in June, it does not seem likely either that journeys among countries or among communities will be allowed. For this reason, and looking after the health and safety of the participating teams, we have made this decision....

We keep adding entries for the 7th Veterans’ tournament, this time, we have had a new entry for the +35 category from Catalunya: the team Estudis Bellabet Barcelona. This team is born from the union of a group of friends that wanted to play again together. Some of them had played in very good categories for the Catalan league and in so important teams like Europa, Gramanet, Marinenc, Mollet or Balaguer; others did not have that opportunity, but they wanted it very much....

The 7th edition of the tournament will have three men’s categories and one women’s category Thanks to the high number of requests that we have received, this year as a novelty in the Donosti Masters Cup, we will launch a new men's category for over 50 years old. A few years ago, we received requests to make an older category, but this is the year year when we have decided ourselves to create it....
