Deadlines for payments
First payment: 20 € per person within 15 days after pre-registration. In case the exact number of persons is not known, a provisional payment of 160 € (20 € x 8 persons) will be established.
Final payment: 35 € per person before May 1, 2025.
Method of payment
Payments must be made by bank transfer to the official tournament account. The details of this account will be provided at the time of pre-registration for the tournament.
Cancellation fees
Team cancellation: as of April 1, in case of cancellation of the complete participation of a team, a cancellation fee of 150 € per team will be applied.
Cancellation of participants: The participation fee is refundable until May 1, 2025.
