Donosti Masters Cup 2026 ends on a high note

Oiartzun KE, Sanpedrotarra FE, Relojería Mikel, Sanducero FC, Granados Suministros and Sanagus were crowned champions of the 12th edition of the Donosti Masters Cup 2026.

The Donosti Masters Cup 2026 came to an end on Saturday with the finals being played at the Zubieta, Puio, César Benito, Martutene and Ugaldetxo venues. A total of 102 teams from 8 different countries took part in the tournament, proving once again that football knows no age limits and that class is permanent.

During the opening day on Friday afternoon, a one-minute silence was observed before every match in memory of the wife of Real Unión's historic coach Javier Garmendia, who was deeply moved by the tribute.

Matches resumed on Saturday morning across eight venues simultaneously, while the finals were played on Saturday afternoon at five different venues.

In the men's Champions League categories, the winners were Sanpedrotarra FE (+35), Relojería Mikel (+40), Sanducero FC (+45), Granados Suministros (+50) and Sanagus (+55).

In the men's Continental Cup, the champions were Real Unión CD Roca (+35), Los Parigos USSE (+40), Eguzki Bistobar (+45), Originals (+50) and Stade Bordelais (+55).

In the women's category (+30), Oiartzun KE claimed the title after defeating SD Eibar in the final.

A great atmosphere and outstanding sportsmanship prevailed throughout a weekend in which football, tourism and gastronomy were the main attractions. For the organisers, the tournament also served as an excellent test ahead of Donosti Cup 2026, which will kick off on July 6 and once again bring together more than 900 teams from 30 different countries.
