Today evening the 4th edition of the Veterans' tournament Donosti Masters Cup 2017 starts. A three way inaugural match will be played at 19:00 in Berio's field between the Veterans’ of the Real Sociedad, the Atletic Sant Just of Catalonia and Castellón's Rua de Pau. Later, at 21:00 there will be a welcome cocktail in Miradar's Palace where we will give the welcome to all the participating teams and will remember the best moments of the past edition....

This year the Donosti Masters Cup will have several new teams in the competition and one of them will be the Autorestore. The team comes from Saragossa it has been founded in the year 2009, which has played in the local league, where it has reached several successes in Football 7. The Masters Cup starts next weekend, the international veterans' tournament, and one of the best teams of the last edition, Real Union, is preparing getting ready to, at least, repeat last years’ results. After proclaiming champions and runner up in the category of +35 years and in the one of +45 years, respectively, in the Masters Cup 2016, the team from Irun wants to win both categories, reason why they have been training for some weeks and even play some friendly matches....

This year, The Rua de Pau Castellon, will take part for the first time in the veterans tournament “Donosti Masters Cup 2017”. This Spanish club comes from Castellon, they have been taking part in other tournaments and this year they have wanted to come to San Sebastian and take part in the Donosti Master Cup. They will take part in the category +45, in the group B concretely and will play the first phase against a French, another native and a home team. ..
